Hello, in June 2010 I bought a Daewoo Evanda – WEGEN – LPG gas. We already had a gas vehicle and were thrilled. (for the Evanda BJ 2005 we paid 5500 €). We sold our “old” for Pinats. The day after the purchase the cracker was torn (was repaired; now torn again; the gas consumption should soon turn out to be immensely high: 15 – 17 l per 100 km!!! By the way: the vehicle jerks/stutters also very strongly when you drive into a road The dealer was contacted several times, but did not react. After we had driven the car only 4 months, we did not bring it through the TÜV due to too many defects. We handed the thing over to a lawyer; wanted to return the vehicle to the dealer. I drove now four months without the TÜV. I had to come to work somehow. Then I didn’t dare anymore and we registered the vehicle. So since Feb. 2011 it is d a, without being able to use it, because without TÜV and the date of the court hearing, it took place until October 2011. The court determined that an expert should determine whether the gas consumption was actually so high. Eventually in December the car was picked up. Today came the lawyer’s letter: the expert could not determine how high the gas consumption is, because the goods have been out of service for too long; too many defects are present and are not ready to drive. so the vehicle was only made ready for operation; the costs would be estimated at 2000 – 3000 €; the court advises that we should close a comparison with the dealer (reason of economy); this should buy the vehicle possibly by approx. 1000 – to 2000 €. Hello????? I have driven the 5500 € expensive car only 4 months with TÜV; 4 months without TÜV – a total of 13000 km and should now suffer after use of 8 months a loss of 3500 – 4500 €, because the vehicle ohn I don’t understand the world anymore. What should I do now? What do you mean? And if I have the vehicle put on an expensive footing so that it is “ready to drive” and can be examined – let’s assume, the GA then finds that the gas consumption is not ok; the dealer has to take the vehicle back – who then replaces the repair costs of 2000 – 3000 €????
