From next year, VW will replace pump nozzles with common rail diesels!

The first common-rail diesel from Volkswagen will be launched next year! The 2.0 TDI with 170 hp pump nozzle will be replaced by an equally strong common-rail TDI, which will be used in the GOLF SUV. Suksessive will then switch all 3- and 4-cylinder TDIs to common-rail technology. Thus, the Golf VI as diesel will only be available as common-rail TDI, since by 2008 50% of all VW diesels will be equipped with this state-of-the-art technology.
