I rented a parking space in front of the door in 2021 with notice period 3 working days at the beginning of the month at the end of the next month. (3 months) December 2024 the son took over the parking space incl. contract and wrote by e-mail an increase to 35euro per month.. Of course, I accepted this because there are 2 people and we have 3 cars, and in the last years here almost 170 parking spaces were removed.. One of my girlfriend’s owns the other private me and the other is a firm car without private use. My private car stands on the parking lot and is moved 2x a week. Now the landlord asked me if he can use the parking space for the craftsmen during the day. I offered to park my private car on the street and to park on the parking lot my firmwagen, since I am traveling with the from 7.30 to 16.30 and in the time the craftsmen can park there. We have now practiced this and now he writes via WhatsApp if I have another parking platform z we like to dissolve the contract. Have the negates that I want to keep the parking lot further, found that funny. Now he wrote via WhatsApp: that his apartment is renovated and will be rented soon further, and this would like to rent together and if I would have understood for it. I have this negated that I actually have no understanding since here the apartments can be rented immediately even without parking space.. In the contract this is subject to a change of the written form and the notice period stops until 3th of the month beginning to the next month end.(3months) But I do not yet interpret this as a correct notice, or how do you see this? Can a proper notice be written via WhatsApp? Bzw the notice must then probably also contain the date of termination? The other question is yes also if I am the craftsmen nu n is supposed to tolerate it during the day or just to put my private car there? Would be stupid if he didn’t give me notice and then maybe quit later because I broke the oral agreement
