Good day, I got a message from MULTICITY (Car Sharing Company) at the beginning of February that after my journey a damage to the vehicle was detected. I should comment and explain if this damage was there before or after my trip. This damage also occurred to me before the booking of the vehicle (as my companion pointed out to me) however I did not report it because there are often damaged vehicles.The damage is located on the bumpers h This is what I wrote to them. So far so good I received an e-mail today: “You have informed us that the above-mentioned damage was neither caused by you nor noticed by you during your use……..” Now I’m not sure if they have ever read what I have written or not. You also wrote that there are 3 ways that the damage has occurred. 1. The damage was present before the start of your journey –> da ic The damage occurred after your trip.–> the after-renter reported the damage. 3.The damage was caused during your use.–> claims that I caused the damage without my knowledge and since I can’t name a third person as a “perpetrator” I have to pay for it.
