Hello I had an accident with the truck 2 weeks ago I drove out of a junction with the truck no stop sign only drive sign at the intersection at the right left looked everything free started about in the middle of the intersection I saw a car coming from the left still gave gas but the back into the loading rampZylinder from the truck is sunk. Accident happened about on the white lines in the middle of the road. Had today at the police hearing and I will be indebted I have not given any details what is coming to me ?? will be indicated with advance misconception with body injury. Should I pay the penalty and collect points or do I have chances there, how should I proceed ?? Gruss Ps :the rear of the truck was about on the middle white line and with the front I was already on the other side of the intersection after the impact then hurled me against the tree on the enoverly road ite.
