Hi, everybody, I’ve made the effort to calculate different insurances online for different HD models. Interestingly, a softail, dynamite or sportster have the same prices, which V-Rod is up to 3.5 times more expensive. This can not only be due to the performance. I had also calculated the V-Rod once with reduced 98 hp (even if only with one provider). Then it is cheaper, but still with about 1.7 times the other models. I I have compiled and appended the data in an EXCEL table (naturally zipped). Does anyone know an insurance company that is cheaper than the ones listed there? It also depends on the rates, which ‘moped’ is possible for me in the spring. If no one can offer anything cheaper, maybe the table is also interesting to compare your current insurance with it.
