Freeze point to gas…

I currently have my sym jet euro x 50 e2 as a winter scooter. He has just spent every winter with me and has a nice knee cover. E-retro scooter has no winter tires and Peugeot Jetforce tsdi does not drive as safely as the little SYM despite winter tires in wet weather. The scooter is the least driven scooter in my fleet and the only one who is only under tarpaulin at the house and never sees the garage. The scooter goes like bee from summer to winter. A kick o the E-starter and it starts. Now it’s about the freezing point in the morning there it shows itself as always, a kick or e-starter and the engine is like it should be without gas. Now comes the “But” what I just don’t understand and so still don’t know about the scooter. It takes about 6 to 10 seconds until I can turn the gashan. If I do it before it wants to go out. After 6 to 10 seconds it spins by itself a little higher the speed is something above what it has in the warm state. t, settles then, when the e-choke to do it again down. Would you do something, adjust setting to the otherwise well running scooter? Spark plug image is perfect. Carburettor heater is plugged in. What I did quickly is change the vacuum petrol tap, I had still lying around. But that wasn’t it. Wrong approach and now it annoys me not to know what he is doing.
