Hello, I would like to do an extended alpine tour in the summer, where it is mainly about beautiful and demanding alpine passes or mountain roads. I have also made a little bit of sense and looked for the highest pass of the Alps (Col d’ Iseran 2770m) and the highest navigable point with a car (Col de Sommelier 3005m). My vehicle is an original Opel Vectra A Turbo 4×4. So a car with a 204 hp turbo engine and permanent all-wheel drive. This is why my question, who knows the roads still in the Alps, which offer an attractive route and without major problems and legally to drive with the car described above? The big passes such as Stilfser Joch, Timmelsjoch, Furka-, Grimsel, Nufenenpass I have all already driven. So it is more about the not so well known secret tips or Schleichwege. I am already off from the Col du Galibier and the Col du Parpaillon. I find the latter very attractive, but I am not so sure if I can drive it with the Vectra. It is a public road without restrictions, mostly graveled and equipped with a moody and problematic tunnel. So if you have experiences here or information, links etc. you can get in touch.
