Hello, I unfortunately built quite a shit a few days ago. I drove with a car sharing car into a parked car and did not call the police. the damage is already considerable, but I was like in a kind of shock and I just drove on and put the car near my home. The next day I called the company and the police. They then gave me only a file number and wanted to know nothing more what I already knew. Now I’m just wondering which insurance companies are active here and whether they are paying at all. After all, there was a damage to the car sharing car and the other car. The vehicles are fully covered, I don’t have my own car and only a liability. Does the vehicle owner definitely get money? Of course I want it to stay on nothing. What I ask myself is: Does the vehicle owner receive my contact data or does he clarify all this with the vehicle owner? I’m kind of afraid that the owner will eventually be at my door… even if it might be a little paranoid.
