Hello, I drove with a friend (still in the rehearsal period) 1 1/2 months ago by stuttgart (still outside closed locations), my friend sat at the wheel and was flashed. were allowed 80, speed after tolerance deduction is 105, so effectively 25 too much. today came the letter, addressed to my father, who is a vehicle holder. my father would still have “capacities free”, he has about 3 points I believe. 1 point would then be added. my father was already 29 too much at the beginning of the year ( apart from the one point which he would have had more, it would not have followed for my father, if he would take over the matter, right? only if 26kmh were too much, would there be a month’s driving ban, or could the limit be set even lower, “if you have pech”?…or e.g. if he would be flashed again with 25 too much, so within a year not 2x over 25 but 2x (or 3x) 25 too much and 1x 29 too much…only times as bespie l. other question, even if it was for my father “only” the one point: what if someone would take over the matter completely different, so not the vehicle owner and also not the driver? would this then be revealed by the picture etc.?
