The Crux with the exit sign

Hello dear MT community, I was made aware by a buddy of something that doesn’t let me go anymore, which is why after unsuccessful self-search I now ask you in the hopefully correct subforum for advice. *puh* long sentence … . I ask the question in general: Let’s assume that we are inside and far and wide is not a traffic sign affecting the speed. So we drive line 50 . And now comes a local exit sign and no matter what shape (there is si e yes in different versions). Is there now in some miraculous way the possibility that one of these OA signs does NOT lift the speed limit of 50, so you are not allowed to drive 100 after this sign (if car, etc…)? Said buddy said that in the case of signs that do NOT indicate the distance to the next place this is the case. I hope I have expressed myself intelligibly and now expect your surely helpful explanations. No, Rick.
