Hello. The following event happened: I had an appointment at my workshop. On the day of the delivery and after work the workshop the car was standing on the yard of the workshop. Then came a storm and the next day I was called by the workshop. The actual thing was not done yet but for that there are now heaps of duels on my car. Now I should report the matter of my insurance. I did this and was a little surprised that this was so without having to The insurance only meant “force majeure”. Well, okay… Now I want to know if I should handle anything else with the workshop or just have to pick up the car and the workshop is fine out? In particular, the workshop has a duty of care! And with regard to the hail damage covered by the insurance: what about the massive loss of value that I have due to the damage? The damage can be determined in case of a possible sale.
