When did Volvo stop building cars for long people? Why?

As a former Eiger of 145, 242 and 245, and quasi lifelong Volvo lover for almost 30 years, I like to look at Volvos as well. Now I had some time while I was waiting for someone, and the Volvo house was very close… What a disappointment! All electric offers from 40 to 60 are tiny in the interior. Suit size 40 leaves behind more ridiculous 10 cm space from seat to seat. There is hardly a baby fit in the chair behind. Also in the 60s I can not ma I have to look up in the eyes of many young people. My children both approach 1.80m and don’t fit in Volvos. Our antique Leaf, new six months ago, but a 13-year-old construction, has the place. Why does a Japaneseman do this, but not a European from a country with notoriously long people? For the first time I noticed this in Polestar 2, which also has a malp A-pillar, the most terrible interior solutions in the entire industry, and no one can receive at the back over 1.80m – at design. When did this happen and why did Volvo choose to remove long people from its customer list? Lieb Gruß Oli
