TK does not want to pay for consequential damage after theft from car

The following case: The disc of my car was smashed, from my glove compartment tray, glasses, usb sticks were stolen. By the splinters of the disc the leather cover on one side was destroyed My TK now says: glass break, disc is replaced. The new leathering of the seat but not. The lady on the phone said that this would only have been taken over if essential parts like Navi etc. had been stolen. I think they confused something: Stolen objects are only taken over, if they are permanently installed (like Navi). But I’m not talking about replacing the stolen items, but about the destruction by the burglary/theft. That would have to be insured? I don’t find anything really helpful in the insurance conditions. I’m grateful for help.
