KTM 690 R E 2019 First journeys

I’m driving in my 690R E 2019. What strikes me in comparison to usual motorcycles is the critical seat height for road traffic. You really shouldn’t be the smallest one. There are lowering kits, where the offroad is probably rather damaging. The motorization is comfortable as with the car, especially always powerful, not only at high revolutions. That this is an injection, you probably only notice who you drove it without injection. The second is really not the third gear etc. Motor & gearbox require some exercise, if you master them, however, you have no weaknesses. There is no 1.5 he gear, which is compensated with the driving style. The machine is simply fun. Lowering or whatever is certainly not a wrong investment. Otherwise there are hardly any abnormalities, such as power loss. The chassis is just good, I haven’t tested it at the limit yet, but it doesn’t matter how high the curb is, for example, nothing pushes into the rim. You sit comfortably, I think you shouldn’t change anything at first, even if you leave some great things. It’s quite mature. Two fingers clutch, new seat, oil cooler should be omitted for the time being. The handlebar is strangely narrow in diameter, while shunting, you can notice that there is a lack of flexibility. But test there, too, a handlebar is a science in the industry.
