The following situation: I had a traffic accident and my accident opponent is with the Europago insurance. The police were on site, found that he is to blame. From my side an expert report was prepared, my car dealer even lawyers to the side I once again described the accident with the police, my lawyers, and the opponent insurance in a questionnaire. Such a one after inspection came already, which the opponents ordered insurance. There I also described the case again. My accident opponent has not reported to anywhere to this day. The accident is seven weeks ago. I reported the damage to his insurance, and was again with the police to make a statement. So guilt question is clear. Now this has been going on for a while and I have read in other articles that there were similar cases. But no one has written as it went out. Did you have such a case or the same case as me?
