Search Leiden’s companion, who, like me, has a piston eater or other motor-total damage at his 997 facelift from year 2008 at less than 50,000 km. Porsche is dead on my extended bulwark request for 2 weeks and wants to take over only 50% of 19,000 gross so far. It is a repeat damage, also piston eater in 2011 at 33,000 km. My 997 S PDK with performance increase to 408 hp now has 75,000 km and is year 2008. I am a journalist and want with car picture I have heard that this is a material problem and that it often leads to motor-total damage under 50,000 km. But for one story it is not enough.
