I want to buy an old beetle that I can register as an oldtimer, in order to logically: to save control. Now the problem with oldtimers is that they are old and break. So I thought to myself in my youthful ivy the spare parts dfor yesnoch (cheap?) must be to get, because the beetle was manufactured until recently still in mexico. according to tuv you can install a same motor (braking as well) even if it is new. The tinkering would be no problem since I have friends d he are car mechanics. only where do I get a motor and what does it cost? or are the engines of today not the same and are not recognized by the tüv oldie-technically? (the whole time purely hypothetically when the motor breaks or something else…) or is there another car model to which this idea can be applied – or is the whole idea scrapped???what does it cost? -the motor[B/]
