V10: Speed fluctuations / Rubbing; conversion bridge defective ?

Hello Phaeton friends, I’m new to the forum and have one of the few V10 running in Spain (EZ 12/2003, 130,000 km). Recently my V10 suffers from annoying speed fluctuations (about 100 – 200 rpm) in the partial range at “all speeds” (uh… I said I’m in Spain, speed limit 120, stupid story where I had it in on the A81 according to Tacho already on 274…). It doesn’t matter if I drive on “D” or switch manually, with or without cruiser. At full load g There are no problems. Or yet: then a black cloud comes out in the back, so that I can only pray for the following traffic that they have the ventilation on the air around them. After what Günni320 wrote on 23.10.2007 (http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…rkstatt-weiss-keinen-rat-t1612199.html), I can imagine that the conversion bridge is defective. If this is true: does one get to the part, without motor and transmission to expand ? What costs do one have to reckon with ? What other causes could there be? Furthermore, I have the feeling that the consumption is about 1 – 2 L higher than usual. In 2007 he needed in D. over 40,000 km at 90% highway approx. 9.6 L. Now, despite speed limit, it is more. Is here perhaps the motor electronics, so that he turns the consumption into black soot clouds ? In advance best thanks for your tips ! Saludos Roland
