Experiences Delay in delivery Leasys or FCA

Good day, I had ordered a Fiat 500 electric unit as a long-term rental / leasing (duration: 13 months) about 3 months ago. As a delivery time 4 months without obligation was confirmed according to the manufacturer. Now I was informed that the production is only planned in September, the delivery time would therefore amount to at least 6 months. Is there any experience with Leasys or FCA here in the forum? Is there a free replacement car, so I know it from a colleague who has a VW ID3 g The contract contains the following: “Delivery periods depend on the availability of the vehicles and the respective production time of the manufacturer and cannot therefore be legally predicted. LEASYS is not liable for any delay in delivery. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by a negligent breach of duty by LEASYS or a deliberate or negligent breach of duty by a statutory company. LEASYS is not liable if the damage would have occurred even if the delivery had been made in good time.” My previous status was that 6 weeks after the end of the non-binding delivery date, I can request the lessor to deliver in writing with a time limit of 2 weeks and then could assert further rights, such as damages or withdraw from the contract. Is this now excluded or is it permissible by the contract sig to exclude this? If yes, this would mean that they could deliver me the car someday further away, distant future and I would have to take it off. Thank you already in advance. With kind regards br.an
