Hello together, in my MAN SX have installed a MAN row-six D2866 KFG with 345 KW. When starting and in partial load operation it is really grey/white and runs a little rough. As soon as load is on and the turbo pressure builds up the combustion seems to be optimal – engine runs round and the smoke is gone. Now only a slightly brownish flag comes out of the exhaust. If you hang the affected block at the pump is also the smoke in the stand away. The engine has almost 100tkm on the uh r, at 55 tkm all 6 barrel bushings and pistons as well as 2 cylinder heads were replaced. Both the nozzles and the injection pump have already been replaced.
