Moin Moin together, I’m still looking for a suitable car for my purposes… And unfortunately I don’t know about cars at all. Briefly to my “claims”: Through a new position for which I don’t want to move, and with which I expect for the next 2-3 years, I have to travel 200 km a day soon. After some back and forth whether new or used cars, I now ask myself whether it might not be useful to have an “old” car for relatively little money I thought of an old Bmw, because these cars (with my dangerous semi-knowledge) are known to me as solid and almost “unchaputtbar”. Now, however, I have read on various pages about various defects of some years of construction etc. Is there perhaps the one or other Bmw expert who could give me tips, what would be worthwhile? Which vehicles are recommended for this purpose or whether I would like to buy these cars and drive them only these 2-3 years. I would have thought of 1 or 3s, either as petrol or diesel (because I don’t have to pay the bezin myself). I would be happy about expert support. Thank you in advance.
