Hello! Unfortunately I don’t know any more and hope that I will get some tips here. My sad “history”: In early February 2008 I order a C1 at the Weber car dealership in HH. So far so good. Because you don’t want to wait long for a new car, I had asked for a probable waiting time. I was told orally that I will definitely receive the vehicle at the end of March… At the beginning of April I passed by and after the status d I was told that the vehicle was on its way to HH and it was already in the central warehouse in East Germany (is there really the central warehouse of Citroen????). A week later my vehicle unfortunately did not come on the truck, but I was shown a freight note for the vehicle and it should arrive at the weekend at the latest. And in the next week it should then a Another week later, of course, there was still no C1. Now I was told that due to a motor damage to the transport ship caused a delivery delay. Now it was enough for me and I got in touch with the customer hotline. 1. the C1 is not brought to the ship dach Germany and 2. the employee wanted to get in touch with the car dealership. About 1 hour later I received a return from the customer service, by m I was assured that I will get a call back from “my” car dealership that day. Of course, that didn’t happen again. The next day I called the hotline again, and it was already clear that there are problems with the car dealership Weber. Overall I have been waiting for a vehicle for 13 weeks now, which according to the car dealership Weber in Hamburg has been standing for 7 weeks in the central warehouse in Germany. The waiting time itself is already very tough, but the kind as here With the customer being dealt with is already very crazily. It has already been secured to me 5 recalls, of which never one took place. Last week I then put on a letter by setting the car dealership a deadline until they should make the car available to me. Unfortunately again no answer came from the car dealership. So, much written, but I am really pissed off! Does anyone know here advice??? Nice greetings from the sunny Hamburg!
