Hello together, does someone with the above-mentioned transmission know each other? Have such a device installed in a foreign factory and problems to fill the correct quantity of oil or to measure. It started with an oil change with a (self-proclaimed) expert, however, because of the unexpectedly bad access to the oil filter, the same was not exchanged. Therefore, the factory-specified 13 liters of transmission oil could not be filled in, but one felt itself over the track This was obviously not successful, because subsequent switching operations under heavy load were only possible with great delay during the switching process, moreover the car smelled hot-dried for transmission oil. I then measured the oil level again and came to the realization that too much was filled in, the measuring rod was wetted beyond the scale. Furthermore, I noticed when driving that I did not lock the 3rd gear via the manual switching lane. nd, when I set the selector lever to ‘2’, was nevertheless switched to the 3rd gear. I then sucked oil and from then on the switching operations under load were better, the car also no longer smelled like transmission oil, in cold condition I could also successfully lock the 3rd gear via the selector lever, but from a certain operating temperature it was switched back to the 3rd. I have now already measured the oil level 100 times (each with warm oil with previous through scarf). The values shown on the ‘hot’ and on the ‘cold’ side of the measuring rod are sometimes very different and usually only the lower part of the scale is clearly wetted with oil (at the current level about one third), but a thin oil film usually extends beyond the upper end of the scale. So I ask myself, is there still too much in it or rather too little? Does the non-blocking of the upper driving stages with the oil sta hang with the nd together or is this maybe a completely different construction site? Thanks and greetings Olli
