How are the experiences with the stability of the 3,4 L engines here. The most offered 996 around Bj 2000 have km stands of 140-180.000 km with the first engine. There are no AT engines of Porsche and in case of damage will be a motor revision with then required original parts in relation to the vehicle This is why I have so far been advised not to purchase such a model! But if you look at the 997 models, these similar km stands and usually cost twice as much as the Porsche Purist-smowed 996 series with the mirror eyes… Are there experience values with running times over 180,000 km here in the forum? The models I favored have Tiptronic, so the engines have been switched on a bit more gently and can not have been overturned. I had tried one of these (from 2000 with 145,000 km) and was actually positively surprised, how close he can get to the 991 in terms of comfort and agility. The price was less than 17,000,- € and was already sold the next day. (My 93er 964 he is a completely different world, but you don’t always want that!)
