Switching problems with BMW?

Hello guys! How are your experiences with switching your BMW? I have the completely new R1200GS and if I want to switch from second to first gear, there are often problems. The workshop thinks that you have to pull the clutch lever several times in a row or let the machine roll in front or back. This doesn’t always work the same way. I thought it shouldn’t happen with a new motorcycle. With my old F650, there was this problem already. About your experiences d amit I would be grateful to you. Greeting hasepups
