Falling apples hit bonnet !!What now ??

Hello everyone! Today I met my new used Ford Focus MK2 (one week I have him now ) with falling apples on the country road! The whole thing happened this afternoon in our vicinity! Before me a truck (40t) drove with about 70km/h under apple trees on the edge of the road, whereby several apples made a departure by the wind! But could not set me on it either, since immediately on the first trees the apples flew…. of it landed on my bonnet, and one of it still popped over bonnet bands on my front window… Result are 3 bumps (about 2 euro coins size) on the bonnet + a mud stain on the disc! The safety distance to the truck was kept from my point of view and the speed was def. not excessive! Dodging was also not, because of counter traffic and went also quite fast! The truck was of course already over all mountains after I got back from the shock and I’m not sure if the driver would have taken some of it, what can he do for it! I wonder now if I can hold someone responsible for it, since I mean that these apples are a real danger for all road users! And the bumps don’t get away on their own!!!! Unfortunately, it’s to make sure that if it’s obvious that the fruit can fall, at least the trees can be shaken, harvested or cut back beforehand And as the road looks like, no sw**n cares about it! I also think about motorcyclists (drive myself and I don’t want to have been today), most of them would have shot it off! I just imagine, or are the apples this year particularly big/heavy?? Have I looked at some of these mutants, which can be used to kick a bullet!!! Can I get my damage on the car to the farmer, town, county or country, depending on who the How do I get out of who the trees belong to or who is liable for them??? Should I report the damage to the police at all?Bring that what?? If someone has ideas, experiences or tips, I would be very grateful!! mfg Nebiru666
