H-Experts

Hello together, I know the topic has been discussed here more often, but I need a few concrete answers. My oldie (Opel Monza) has become 30 years old this summer, but for reasons of time I didn’t have to register him this year, let alone make the H-mark, the Tüv has also expired. Since my everyday car has stretched the hooves on Friday, I absolutely need a mobile kit and the Monza would be the most obvious one for now. But since he needs new Tüv, I thought, I can also make the H-mark immediately, finally saves a few euros and a lot of racing. However, a few flaws cause me to break my head, so that I am not sure if he would pass the test at all immediately: 1. The tyres at the front are quite old, but not cracked (were already mounted at the last Tüv) 2. A progressive rusting at the threshold, about as big as a 5-mark piece (was at the last Tüv 3. slight oil loss on gearbox and differential (remains typical of the opel) 4. various welding works, solidly executed, but not concours-suitable 5. Finishing in the original tone, however, the original decorative stripes have been replaced by a slightly wider ‘pattern’ 6. Retrofit radio, probably from the 80s, but with unsightly box cut-outs in the doors What do you think this works with the H-mark or at least with the normal Tüv? the requirements for the H-mark have been tightened, in particular the GTÜ, which has also been allowed to examine since 2007, should be somewhat stricter? Greetings Donnerschlag
