Honda CB Seven Fifty: At high speed problems with the 3rd gear, etc.

Hello Together I bought a Honda CB 750 F2, built in 1993 with 61’000km. After my first 200km drive I noticed some things that I don’t really like. Since I’m still in the warranty, I wanted to first explore here in the forum what this might be about – maybe someone can help me to the problems of my Seven Fifty: 1.) Problem: When testing the acceleration on a straight track, I’m wrong. This shows as follows: 1st gear, turned up to approx. 8500-9000 rpm 2. gear in, turned up to approx. 8500-9000 rpm Up to now everything is ok, but when inserting the 3rd gear and release the clutch the speed goes up the same, as if the clutch would grind or the gear did not go in properly. If I then switch up again 2x, I am in 5th gear and everything is normal again. I tried again, was in 3rd, I got off the gas and gave again gas, and he turned empty again, so went immediately high in the speed. Will the behavior test today again, but can already say that this has occurred each time at the 3rd gear and high speed. During normal driving I have no problems with the 3rd gear. What can this be? Is there something grosser not ok anymore? 2.) Problem: The front brake always gives a “scratching” noise when braking off. At the strong braking, however, if I drive at a traffic light and brake normally, then it’s an unnatural, grinding/scratching noise for me. Brake blocks still have min. 3mm and the brake disc is also ok. Is this normal with a Seven Fifty? Unfortunately have no comparison option Yes, some questions from a Seven Fifty newcomer. Apart from the above points I am very satisfied and hope that everything can be clarified for the good Thank you for the answers!
