hello! I’m new here and hot Andy. I bought my winter car 3 days ago. an escort build year 12.95. the previous owner didn’t handle the car very carefully. (all over) now to my actual problem: when the engine runs on stand gas you can really hear such a metallic effect (as if a ball bearing somehow went dry) can exclude so much: the engine itself is not. the purred like a kitten. but as soon as I give a bit of gas (rotally to approx. 1700 u/min upwards) is it completely gone. is it maybe the servo pump????? the noise comes from the front left when I listen more closely. or did someone have the same problem??? achja there would be something else: the motor runs a bit restless. in about like light ignition dropouts. but new candles are inside. maybe one or other can give me some tips what it could be exactly ;o) Thanks already in advance!
