Engine starts bad 1.4 16V

Hello freaks and friends, I have recently had a Ford Escort combo. Built 1991, 1.4, 16 V, 52 KW The car jumped bad already at the previous owner in winter. I thought, ok, made new spark plugs, new air filters, oil change, new battery and is good. Air intake tube renewed, heat valve in the air intake nozzle made accessible. Unfortunately, all this did not work. If the car stands at night at below 0 C outside, it hardly starts the next morning. I am 20-30 sec. (looking at the clock!) on the starter until it starts. Then it runs for a short moment and goes out again immediately. When I start it again it starts immediately and runs. Warm starts work without problems. Also during the ride everything is fine. Gas acceptance and performance top! If the temperatures do not drop below + 5 C, then there are no problems, keys around and it runs. Does anyone have an idea of you? Would be very grateful, Many greetings, M BSpeedy
