heyho aaso. In 2004 I was driven into my ex ex fiesta in freiburg ne woman. her fault. I brought my car into the workshop, of course on my own credit card. reports created, money received. yesterday, 2 years later comes a letter from a law firm (!) – I would not have paid 200€ ungrad for the credit card. häh? wiewas? apart from that there never came a bill and I am sure that I didn’t “see” anything at that time…how come? and then sta call or write a normal letter (and maybe some time closer than after 2 years) let me write a letter from a lawyer…is it still possible? especially since I don’t know what to do now….is that normal that you have to pay the “same”? then I would have had to get the 200€ extra paid for the expert? I don’t see! but woe if the gangsters just try to rip off money…that means war lg Alex
