Hi, first of all: I’m really through and through layman and I’m familiar with the market of buying and selling zero. Nevertheless, I’ve put my Seat Leon Start&Stop Style BJ 2015 deadheartedly for sale. Before, I looked at how high similar vehicles are traded. The range starts at 9,000 and goes up to 11,500 euros at the dealers. A buyer offered me between 6 and 7k, which I politely refused. I was recommended to someone who buys in private. The man told me that with 8,500 VK I could expect more access, alternatively I can offer my car also for 9,500. I also followed the advice, but it just does nothing. Currently the car is online after a week at just over 200 calls and 5 parkings. No one has registered so far. I seriously think about taking the vehicle out of the internet and trying it again later in November, but I have bammel, that the prices still further off The dealer told me that he can probably see when someone takes cars out of the network and resets them again and that such On/Off cars are considered burned among dealers. Is that true? And from your experience: Do I just need a little patience and have to expect a longer advertising period? I understand that currently is not the best time to sell a car, but I don’t want to screw up my car either. With 9,500 euros for a little over 50,000 kilometers driven h my offer is almost too cheap. I don’t want to go any further down in the ad price, because there is still some room for negotiation. I hope you can help me with your experiences. Thank you in advance!
