Declaration of cession

hi motor-talk-community, I need help in terms of liability damage, whereby I am the damaged. short account: my bike, is covered in my private parking space in front of the house. foreign scooter driver parks behind my bike and avoids it. harm according to opinions 1770€ / net, material and working hours. at the dealer/workshop, I have signed a cession declaration. an engineering office has prepared the report and the insurance of the store digers sent… … I stayed with the dealer now so that he takes my broken, unrepaired bike into payment, I make a payment and acquire a new one from him. do I have to cancel the cession declaration now??? my thoughts go to the fact that, legally speaking, the dealer/the workshop can now settle with the insurance, since the cession declaration is still in force. not that I trust this behaviour to the dealer, but purely legally g should I cancel that now in after??? thank you for the answers… gruss waxe
