Hello have bought my son today an SR 50 scooter, built in 2004 but with only real 420km, looks like from the factory. A grandpa bought this for his grandson, but the grandson never made the driver’s license and Oa drove him in, always nicely charged the battery and warmed up. Now to my questions 1. the scooter is allowed with 45kmh but I have to throttle him to 25. what is better a mechanical or an electronic throttle?????have seen both at Ebay,will the dro 2. Do I have to have a new type-approval because the previous owner is registered, or is there only a new entry added??? Thank you in advance greeting Olle
