Hello dear MTler, I am unsure about the correct procedure and therefore I ask you to check whether this is all right. I want to sell my car privately and then buy a new used car from the dealer. Special feature: The buyer of my car comes from the Netherlands, the car is still registered to me. Here the planned procedure: 1) He will come to me on Monday morning and look at the car. 2) Afterwards we drive to the local dealer (Der den W 3) Then we drive to my bank, make the contract, he makes a lightning transfer, the bank confirms this to me. 4) We drive together to the car registration office, there my car is logged off 5) We apply for KZK for it, for this we need a short-term eVB with green card, right? Is there a better variant than this on the internet on the relevant pages, which you find so if you “kur” zzeit evb” googelt? 6) Let KZK be minted, back to the registration office for stamps, ready? Now the difficulty of the “new purchase”, which I prefer to do on the same day. I do a test drive on Friday with my (hopefully) future. Of course I don’t want to sign the purchase contract before Monday is all in dry cloths. Is there a variant? e.g. a withdrawal clause until Monday evening? So would the dealer possibly get involved? g I can then make out directly with my house bank again, or I let the bank give me the money in bar and then take it with me. Or is there a better variant? The dealer will hardly give me the letter before I have paid the car completely, and without a letter I can not allow the car. In short: When selling I am quite sure, but how the best procedure is when buying, so that I have the new one right at home on Monday, I am still unsure and please good suggestions. VG and thank you in advance!
