In April 2011 I bought a FIAT Multipla, 1.9 Multijet Diesel BJ 11/2005 with 48 TKM for 9,000 euros from a dealer. When I wanted to leave yesterday for the inspection date (!) the rear tyres completely blocked. I then tortured myself into the next workshop and got the shocking message: brakes completely closed and rusted, they have to be completely replaced, as well as the hand brake with train rope!!!! Cost point: 1.100 EURO!!!! I have in the purchase vertra g and that says: “The sale is used, as extensively visited. Excluding any warranty with regard to visible or invisible defects, with regard to the lafleistun or mileage, previous accidents and/or any damage due to previous accidents. ………. The buyer concludes a separate guarantee insurance together with the purchase. Sale in the customer order.” My question: Can I give the seller/dealer in any way little Is not a 12 month warranty by the Hander obligatory? Thank you for your help!
