Damage to the vehicle by Audi Partner

Moin! I have a general question about how you or your Audi partner deal with it when it causes damage to your vehicle. The following background. I had given my car to the R8 partner for service action 19M4 (cooled water tank). I was not entitled to a rental car during the action? Is that normal? When I wanted to pick up my car again, I was received with the sentence “Unfortunately, there was a little mishaps.” The service manager went with me to the car. and explained to me that they would have been stuck in the lifting platform when driving out with the rim and this was damaged. I mounted the standard rims, which I had painted, however, where the rim now has a 5cm long deep scratch on the outer edge, so that there really lacks material there. The service manager told me that they will of course repair the rim but the car would have to stay in the workshop for another 2 to 3 days. The service manager said that this would not be a problem at all and you would contact me again for an appointment. This happened the next day, when I was asked if I would prefer a switch or automatic with the replacement car. I didn’t really care about that, but I asked what kind of car it would be and I got an A1. Now someone who works at Audi had told me that I was working at Audi. If you give off your car there and get a rental car, then you have a right to a nearly identical car in the class. A1 and R8 is already a small difference. Is this so normal or can I insist on another car or would Audi have to show itself in another form “recognizable”?
