Hello everyone!! I hope someone can give me a few tips. I had an accident a few months ago. The thing was relatively clear, one of them hit me in the back. The evaluator set the replacement value to 8500 and repair costs to 8200. Now, of course, I wanted to settle on an expert report basis, i.e. 8200 without VAT (6600). I handed the things over to a lawyer and hoped that the thing would go well. The lawyer sent me to the expert, who then made me a statement in which he rescinds the cancellation. Today I received a letter from my lawyer from the insurance company. In which they no longer fictitiously calculate, but deduct the residual value from the replacement value and then come to just under 5600. The lawyer me inte that there is nothing more to get. (and general lawyer showed little interest in the matter) I wanted to ask here whether the insurance really has the right to act like this? And if not, what else could I do? Thanks LG
