2 years of Tarraco 1.5: experience report

Moin, after 2 years and 22 tkm with our Tarraco the conclusion in advance: Lots of car for little money. In detail: For our family (2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 1) more than enough space. Seats and sitting position are very pleasant, the trunk spacious, the workmanship and the material appearance for this price range absolutely in order. The doors open wide, child seats can be easily mounted. The Tarraco is very clear for its size, PDC and camera as well as the assistance systems preserve We live in the lowlands and drive the Seat primarily in the city and suburb. The 150 hp are sufficient to be on the move. Driving and noise comfort are good. On the motorway the Tarraco loses its restraint from about 150 km/h and becomes louder, but still tolerable. This is not a big problem anyway, because the tunneling is not easy. less than € 9000.- gross leasing rates for three years at 45 tkm total mileage. Maintenance so far: An oil change. Fuel consumption: less than 8 liters/100 km, on the highway around the 7 liters, highway around the 10 liters (but very fast). 45 tkm of ours are full costs (leasing, tax, insurance, fuel, maintenance) of exactly 33 cents per kilometer. PHEV would be even cheaper (approx. € 3000.-) and if the battery is used more frequently, I also expect lower costs per 100 km. Calculatorically, it would have to be about 28 cents per kilometer. I consider both the 33 and 28 cents per kilometer to be extremely low if one takes into account that this is a new car with guarantee, modern technology, current safety systems and plenty of space. If I were my brother or my best friend, I would be din recommend a Tarraco? Definitely. That’s why the seat is not “delivered” at the end of the runtime, but simply replaced with a PHEV. Have fun driving, Philipp
