Hi guys, I was at the dealer’s today and I tried the Antara Cosmo as a diesel. Basically I find the car very successful although still a few things bother. Here my summary: Optically very appealing design, apparently good workmanship and material selection. However, the 3 ventilation openings in the middle are far too large. Thus the ventilation controllers are operated far below the switch knob, where you can hardly reach it reasonably. Kafferra to a little bit small. Partial leather equipment very comfortable and qualitatively good. Seat heating switch very poorly positioned. To see on which level you are set, you have to lean far forward and have the road traffic no longer in view. Suspension comfort very tight, sporty and yet comfortable. A thick plus. Well for the terrain he is probably not thought anyway 🙂 . The turbo hole of the Captiva is very shrunk. The turbo is now much earlier. price consumption should therefore also rise somewhat 🙁 . The car had only 200 km on the speedometer that I forgive a slightly shaky clutch and a slightly high fuel consumption. The package selection is really very modest but I think this is due to logitic “advantages” because the car is built in Korea and is shipped here. The general driving behaviour is consistently good although a 2.2 l engine would have fit a little better, the steering is very light and yet feels but the price is a little too high. I get more car for the money at Kia. Let’s see how I can still act. Have others tried the car? Sign your impressions. Maybe it will be our next car 🙂 Gruss Thomas
