GJR or WR?

Moin! My previous winter tyres are “porous/cracky” according to my storage protocol and already a few years old. I don’t know if from 2011 or 2012. In any case, new tyres are supposed to be here, because the grip is no longer the best. My question is whether I should use all-weather tyres or winter tyres in the future in the winter season. The tyre types are already clear: Dunlop Winter Response in 195/65R15 91T and Goodyear Vector 4S in 195/65R15 91H Both cost according to list 78,50 € per piece. I haven’t asked my tyre dealer yet. The price plays a minor role. The question is based on the fact that the winter tyres are better in ice and snow, but have the better characteristics away from ice and snow All-year-round tires. The last years we did not have any real winter here in the area of Weser-Ems. Last winter we had some frosting on one day, the year before although a few days snow, but that was always already running off the roads he, if I had to go there. What do you mean? All-weather tyres or winter tyres for the winter half year? In the summer half year I would definitely stay with summer tyres.
