Brake pedal switch circuitry

Hello, I have a Ford Ranger Built in 2013 2,2l diesel, in which the drive control light has been lit for some time… partly saved with the ESP light. I read out the control units, and as a mistake the brake pedal switch out. As a result, it was also noticeable that the brake light does not work anymore. Then I examined the supposed switches on the brake pedal. There are two. One blue (top) and one black (bottom). As I suspected that it is normal switches, I measured them with a pass tester. The upper has permanent passage and the lower one has not… no matter whether they are pressed, or not. I read the measured values of the motor control unit, I find two inputs brake switch. The upper one works (shows a change in the digital input) but I could not draw anything from the lower one. So I ordered a new one, and unfortunately I had to find out that it shows exactly the same behavior. Highly ohmable or not. I have meanwhile seen a switch, the switch does not actually represent a stop switch. But unfortunately I did not find a change in advance.
