And indeed today a year ago my neighbor drove against my vehicle against ( a6 4f Bj 2010 ) whether the car was parked in parking lot or not I can not say exactly because the old stripes are fully worn out …… The accident I did not personally see but my neighbor heard it and ran out immediately and alar has me …… Indefect was the neighbor of nahben Haus and admitted to it in front of my neighbor and wrote down on the note his data and insurance number …. And that it is the accident culprit …… Police we did not allam because I would have a witness….. After that I did everything about my review and passed it on to lawyer….. The damage is 7000,…….€ Since I should not drive the car further I repaired it at some cost …. Before reperatur has given my lawyer time in writing and the possibility to look at the car again from insurance and to fexire the damage to scouriness….. In large part I got from insurance that does not pay it without reasons etc. ….. Now I went to court please give me only a few opinions or tips …… The repaired parts I have all kept to be scrupulous
