I bought a Peugeot 3008 GT from the owner about a year ago but it turned out at the registration office that this one was stolen in France and with blanco papers that were stolen in Berlin registration office and then sold me further. I had a long back and forth with the insurance in France they wanted to sell me the car but they didn’t have the original papers because they were in the vehicle where he was stolen. Since the insurance didn’t allow to make new papers there was a long back and forth what now almost a year took. The prosecutor’s office Germany give me now the car simply so, because the French authorities have written it next time for a year Germany. Now I get the car officially, but without papers the French will not get a finger to get the papers but of course I don’t have to get my question there.
