Hi, as well as I understand correctly, the new car must be registered within 6 months after the online reservation. My Skoda dealer gave me a non-binding delivery date for August. As I read more and more on the net that waiting times for Skoda Roomster are given until October, I wonder how to proceed now. Should I go to the dealer and ask if he gives me a right of withdrawal from the contract if I don’t get the car by the end of September or read Do I still have to buy the car if it is delivered in October and the premium should not be received? What rights do I have as a customer if the delivery does not take place at the time it is on the contract, even if it is non-binding? I signed the contract 9 days ago and financed it through Skodabank, so could still jump off! Thanks for the tips!
