Tea lights at CR-V EZ 07 as passing beam….normal?:-)

Hello, I’m new here, a woman but not blond and can actually change light bulbs without the help of the ADAC :-)))) But I have with my new CR-V, which is less than 6 months old is a GREAT problem…. When I drive in the dark, I have the feeling that I have tea lights in the headlights, which illuminate the way more badly than right. The car was from Wednesday to today in the workshop and when I just wanted to go away briefly, I could not see anything again, so the coming car drivers had to take my main light, which strangely goes. When I took over the car, everything was ok, except the fact that twice in a row one and the same lamp (H1)kaputt went out. This one was changed to me, whereby the workshop has installed a overvoltage protection the second time. Today they gave me the car with the statement again, one didn’t know where the problem would lie and it would be all ok according to measurements. But even if I am a woman, for stupid I can sell myself: Has got the opinion of tomorrow, maybe of me!!!
