Mix all-year tyres and winter tyres: What to consider?

Dear forum, the following starting situation: car: BMW 316d from 2010, 233,000 km on the clock, approx. 20,000 annual output4 x new all-year tyres: Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2, all-year tyres, 205/55 R16 91H3 x used winter tyres with approx. 5-6 mm profile: NOKIAN WR D3 205/55 R16 91H One of the winter tyres had a nail in it and the friendly one told me that it was not to be repaired (nail too much on the edge). Accordingly, I only have three intact winter tyres. and: 1) Continue with GJR in winter and sell the WR 2) buy 1 or 2 new WR and change to WR completely in winter 3) In winter with a mixture of 2xGJR and 2xWR Option 1 I don’t like it, because then I would have to buy completely new tyres at 277,000 km and for the WR certainly hardly get anything. Option 2 I don’t like it either, because I have to invest in new WR now and just bought the GJR. Option 3 is therefore my current preference, as I at least do not like it, since I have to invest in new WR now and have just bought the GJR. two of the WR could still use one or two winter periods! Can I do it like this? Does any of you have experiences or recommendations for me? On which axis are the GJR and on which the WR? Safety and driving behaviour is of course not unimportant to me, so I am also a bit critical with Option 3. However, I live in the north and drive almost never stronger climbs. Many thanks to you in advance! PS: With the SuFu I could unfortunately only find very old information and also not too the concrete situation!
