EGR-Ventil at Clio 4

Hello together, have read out the error memory of my Clio 4 Diesel BJ2013 (dci90) and get the error P1485 – according to Google search a jammed EGR valve. As the car next month to the HU/AU I have to show it to the dealer, because a working exhaust gas cleaning can be of advantage for the plaque yes 😛 That confirms to me: EGR valve added / clamped. Must be completely changed. Cost point: 600€. That surprised me then nevertheless. Is in itself “only” a ve The most expensive point on the estimate is an exhaust pipe with an exhaust pipe for just under 331€ – I was surprised that a complete exhaust pipe has to be replaced because of a valve… I wanted to listen to your opinion. Does this really have to be changed so comprehensively? Can a cleaning make sense? Or are the parts always changed as soon as they are clamped? Bzw can generally explain to me what the difference between the valves is. I’m a little surprised that the EGR in the Clio is probably only hanging so late in the exhaust line. I’m curious to hear from you. Thank you in advance!
