Quality of infrastructure in Germany

Good morning, everyone. As some people know, I’m going up and down the country. You drive on all kinds of paths, roads and fast-way connections. From Sylt to Stuttgart I’ve already seen and experienced a lot of roads. However, in recent times I have seen more and more things that confuse me and are partly thoughtful. So, for example, you have on the A-4 near Cologne, just before/behind the cross Heumar, after where you come from a road bridge. Steel reinforcement, i.e. the supporting steel structure of the bridge to the appearance. The concrete is partly cut off on an area of about 40 by 60 CM and the steel structure visible. The bridge underside is folded similar to a corrugated sheet, only with edges instead of curves. Partially one sees in the curves pieces, on which much more concrete is cut off and even more oxidizing steel structure is visible. I am not from the construction office, but this is not healthy for the stability a R bridge. Also on the highway near Siegen it looks bad, it ranks bridge construction site at bridge construction sites and it seems nothing is finished. At Gießen I found even the first time a fixed speed camera in a construction site, which probably shows that it takes even longer here. And that with Cologne now for 30 years at 15 KM is an old hat, meanwhile even the guys on the radio at the traffic announcements already jokes. The A-3 traffic jam is hi It’s almost a monument, known as the Celebrity and the Cathedral. But not only the motorway is affected. If you take certain roads and side roads here in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, you don’t really know who is planning here or whether it is planned at all. On the one hand there are freshly asphalted routes on which you glide like on velvet cushions, on the other side I prefer a detour to a good friend at the moment, rather than to use the faster route. It only consists of asphalt patches, it bangs and scrapes constantly from the chassis that it hurts you to drive even only 50 on a 70s track. Now my question, how do you value the condition of the roads? Are the mostly well-developed asphalt tracks or rather patch carpets begging for a general renovation?
